Habitat for Humanity Hard Hat & Black Tie Gala

HabitatforHumanityHabitat for Humanity is a family affair for HI founding partner Chris Staley. Both of his parents were involved with the nonprofit—and world leader in addressing poverty housing issues—in varying capacities. When Staley founded his own business, it was important to him that he create an organization of individuals dedicated to volunteerism, and he carries the Habitat for Humanity torch to this day.

HI has been a Carpenter Sponsor of the Twin Cities group’s annual gala for several years running, and our team partnered with Habitat to build the Entrepreneurs House, a community service project for the Minneapolis-St. Paul entrepreneurial community.

This Saturday, April 11, HI will serve as Carpenter Sponsor for the Hard Hat & Black Tie Gala at the St. Paul RiverCentre. The event relaxes “Midwest Black Tie” even further with a fun spin: construction couture.
